Please complete the booking form and send to 105 Holyhead Road ,Coventry . CV1 3AD together with a deposit of 25% of the total booking fee. Confirmation of booking will be sent to you within 10 days.

Balance of fee should be paid not later than 6 weeks prior to the charter date. Bookings made less than 6 weeks need to be paid in full.

Payments can be made by cheque payable to Noel Connolly , bank transfer or by credit card through our PayPAL account (A 3.4% surcharge will be applied to PayPal transactions to cover the fees charged by PayPal).

Cancellation prior to the balance of fees being paid will incur the loss of deposit. If cancellation takes place once the balance of monies have been paid the total fee will be forfeit. If we are able to re-book the cottage a refund less deposit will be made.

Insurance. The Cottage and equipment are insured together with the hirer's liability to other parties. Please make your own arrangements with regard to holiday / travel insurance. With regard to your property we regret we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to property, baggage, etc.

To comply with our insurance we shall upon commencement of the charter require formal identification of the lead passenger in the form of a passport or photo driving licence.

We will not be held liable for matters or events outside our reasonable control or for matters which are not due to our own negligence.

There is a damage deposit of £100 which is refundable. This is payable before the beginning of your stay. If paying by cheque please ensure this is with us at least 10 days prior to arrival date. Cash can be paid on the day of arrival.

Prices. The rates quoted are for bed linen, towels, drinking water, electric, gas supply and fuel.
