Please complete the Booking Enquiry and we will respond within 24 hours. A £50 security deposit to cover cancellation, damage or abnormal cleaning costs should be paid to confirm your booking. This will be returned to you within 24 hours following your stay except where circumstances permit retention due to costs we incur.


Agreed rental cost should be paid not later than 28 days prior to the charter date and must be paid in full at time of booking if the charter date is less than 28 days in the future.


Payment can be made to Linda Connolly via bank transfer or cheque.


Cancellation prior to the balance of fees being paid will incur the loss of deposit. If cancellation takes place once the balance of monies have been paid the total fee will be forfeit. If we are able to re-book the cottage a refund less deposit will be made.


The Cottage and equipment are insured together with the hirer's liability to other parties. Please make your own arrangements with regard to holiday / travel insurance. With regard to your property we regret we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to property, baggage, etc.


We will not be held liable for matters or events outside our reasonable control or for matters which are not due to our own negligence.


Prices. The rates quoted are for bed linen, towels, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, electric, gas supply and first breakfast ingredients. Check in time is 3pm check out is 10am. However we may be able to accommodate any specific requirements if you contact us before hand. Parking is free and in a secure gated area.
